“ I wanted some cupcakes when I was in the area. The quality of the cupcakes were as good as other Sprinkles locations. The cupcakes were moist with a layer of sweet frosting. I like that through the years that there has been less frosting. I got my go to flavors, which are Red Velvet (5 stars) and Salty Caramel (5 stars). The Red Velvet is a classic, and Sprinkles was the first place I ever tried this popular flavor. The Salty Caramel has delicious caramel flavor in both the cake and frosting. During my visit, there were about five flavors that were sold out including Strawberry, which was disappointing. I got Vegan Red Velvet for my husband and Pupcakes for my furbaby. They both loved their cupcakes too. This location seemed very busy with a combination of online and in store orders. The staff was moving fast, but they still took the time to help anyone. I had a reward for a free cupcake that seemed confusing to redeem on the self ordering tablet. When I asked how to redeem it, they explained that it was easier for them to enter the order, which they quickly completed. As they were packaging my order, they also asked if I wanted the vegan cupcakes packaged separately. I usually pre-order my cupcakes through the app, but it was nice to interact with a great staff that was eager to provide 5 star service. ”

Sometimes, ordering online does not reflect the supply in store. Sometimes what's "sold out" will not actually be the case. Sprinkles isn't an everyday thing. It's definitely a once in a while treat. ”
